GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Room confirmation:
1) Middle & High Season :
The reservation is only confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the room.
This deposit is done with a credit card (name of card holder, card number and expiration date).
2) Low Season (except Dec. 31st) :
The reservation is confirmed with a credit card (name of card holder, card number and expiration date).
Terms and conditions of cancellation :
1) Middle & High Season :
- If cancellation happens more than 10 days before date of arrival full amount of the deposit is credited back.
- If cancellation happens less than 10 days before date of arrival the amount of the deposit will be kept.
- If cancellation happens less than 5 days before date of arrival (or no show) the full amount of the stay will be automatically charged
and the reservation will be cancelled.
2) Low Season (except Dec. 31st) :
- If cancellation happens after 12h00 (noon) the day before the date of arrival, one night will be charged.
Reservation modification :
Any modification regarding the initial confirmed reservation must be in the form of a written message by the client, and must be followed by written confirmation by our establishment.
Shortened stay :
1) Middle & High Season :
The full amount of the stay will be automatically charged and the reservation will be cancelled.
2) Low Season (except Dec. 31st) :
One additional night will be charged.
In case of a “prepaid non-refundable” reservation, the sales conditions are fixed and finals in case of cancellation or no-show. As soon as prepayment is done with the credit card, on day of reservation, a final mail is sent to the client and any further modification regarding the initial confirmed reservation must be in the form of a written message by the client, and must be followed by written confirmation from our hotel.
In case of a shortened stay, the full amount of the stay is kept.

Departure and Arrival :
Important : any arrival later than 22:00 needs to advice the hotel.
Rooms must be imperatively free before 11:00 on the day of departure.
Rooms are available starting at 14:30.
Bills have to be paid between 08:00 and 22:00.
In case of a long stay (more than a week), a weekly bill is given to the client.
Miscellaneous :
Continental breakfast in the lounge or in the bonsai garden: 12 € per person, optional
City tax: 1,21 € per person and per day

The hotel takes the right to interrupt any stay in case of a not suitable quietness or health behavior in the hotel without any compensation.
For the attention of parents with children :
After listening carefully to comments from guests with children, we have determined that because of the security and layout of our hotel, we are unable to accommodate guests with babies and children under 7. Consequently, beyond 7 years age, thank you to book a triple room or the Junior Suite. Thank you for your enquiry.
